Designed and built xR2, a centralised prompt management platform that lets product teams control LLM behaviour without code deployments, including multi-tenant prompt versioning and real-time A/B testing. Developed event tracking with conversion funnels and ROI attribution plus a REST API layer supporting multiple LLM providers.

Built and scaled Telegram Insights (TgSight), an AI-powered analytics platform for scoring and segmenting Telegram audiences, reaching 148,000+ users and £500k ARR with a 12-person distributed team. Shipped ML-based interest detection with human-in-the-loop labelling, plus fraud scoring and audience segmentation; launched three 0→1 AI products.

Led AI implementation at Sterling Law as the first technical product hire, building a VAPI voice intake system that automated lead qualification and reduced cost-per-qualified-lead by eliminating manual screening. Delivered AI-assisted case-management workflows, cutting manual processing by 60% and case turnaround by 30%, integrating LLM outputs into CRM and Clio via Asterisk PBX and workflow auto

Built an AI automation platform for Bug Free Immigration’s 10,000+ users, using ML-based affordability and eligibility scoring to improve lead qualification accuracy by 45%. Automated 80%+ of the client pipeline, reduced manual work from 40 to 8 hours/week, and increased conversion from 8% to 18% through automated nurture campaigns.

Led full redesign of IT support system at Russia's largest intermodal container operator (€1B+ revenue). Rebuilt processes, automated reporting, launched BPM system (Camunda), implemented enterprise service bus for cross-system orchestration.

Conceived and built a digital insurance renewal product from scratch. Identified opportunity from client feedback, designed the product, and hands-on built a Django/Python CRM backend - automated policy expiry tracking, vehicle data enrichment via external APIs, pre-calculated offers, and lead task generation for sales team.

Built car owner ecosystem from concept to production: defined product vision, selected vendors, managed development. Platform included video consultation for auto mechanics, multi-partner integration layer, and service marketplace.

Delivered mobile applications for “Person Around Car” ecosystem at Russia’s largest bank. Managed delivery across multiple product teams.
