I’m a hands-on operations leader with over 8 years of experience building and managing retail chains and coffee production. As COO of Sonder, I oversee import logistics, quality control, and supplier coordination across multiple countries globally, from China and the UK, across Europe, and Serbia. I’ve managed full production cycles, including HACCP certification, B2B and B2C distribution, and multi-site operations. I've built systems of databases to track stock, cost, and logistics. Additionally, I maintain clear communication between suppliers, factory teams, and clients, as well as cross-departments. I’m analytical, calm under pressure, and process-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Structured planning is where I shine, with respect to flexibility in a fast-changing environments. Prior to building Sonder from the ground up, I've spent 5 years managing coffee and beverage production in a leading specialty coffee brand. I wish to further advance my career in operations and logistics while bringing my knowledge and skills to help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support global business growth.
