Led SAP HANA and SAP FI integration projects for FMCG and healthcare clients. Managed cross-functional delivery teams (10–15+ consultants), owned project budgeting and resourcing with presales support, and ensured a smooth transition from presales to delivery.

Implemented Bitrix24 CRM across national operations in under one month and stabilized a critical 1C ERP implementation through crisis recovery. Managed an IT budget of 3–5M RUB, oversaw the vendor ecosystem, and built IT support processes to enable rapid retail expansion.

Served as business lead for SAP implementation across 23 manufacturing plants in Russia and CIS, owning supply chain demand and portfolio management and IT-enabled transformation. Supported new plant launches, financial forecasting, cybersecurity compliance, and delivered regular senior-management reporting.
