At TD SYNNEX, I coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of EDI platforms that enable data exchange between customers and vendors. I gather integration requirements, connect technical and business teams, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain EDI workflows and technical documentation.

Previously, I supported sales operations at TD SYNNEX by coordinating shipping, resolving delivery issues, monitoring inventory, and analyzing sales data for process improvements and cost savings.

At Orihiro USA, I supported the CEO’s efforts to grow food packaging machinery sales in the United States while coordinating purchasing, invoicing, international logistics, and customer shipment communication. I improved procedures to reduce ordering errors and delays, managed consigned inventory, and provided written translation support between U.S. customers and Japan-based staff.

Earlier at Meiji Corporation, I managed inside sales, customer service, inventory, purchasing, reporting, and end-to-end supply chain activity for factory automation products. I also trained and supervised inside sales representatives and supported engineering, pricing, stocking, and cost-reduction initiatives.
