Paul Uhlenkott
@pauluhlenkott
I build full-stack cloud applications, observability tools, and reliable AI evaluation systems.
What I'm looking for
I'm building TimeClimb, an open-source observability platform for AWS Step Functions with real-time latency heatmaps, custom reports, and interactive workflow and agent execution visualizations.
As team lead and full-stack engineer, I lead a five-engineer Agile team, architected React Flow execution graphs, and built React, TypeScript, Redux/RTK, Python microservices, and REST APIs. I own the stack from architecture through Docker and Kubernetes deployment, with unit and integration tests protecting critical workflows.
At Waymo, I built a SQL-powered training-material generator that reduced content creation from one week to under a day. I also improved autonomous-vehicle fault-detection accuracy by 10% and designed an 85%+ accurate bug-detection methodology covering more than 300 coding issues.
At Handshake AI, I evaluate LLM-generated code across backend, API-design, and system-design scenarios, delivering structured feedback that improves model reasoning and reliability.
