I've led global accounting and finance operations for Feed the Children, Water For People, and Water.org, building standardized reporting, controls, and scalable infrastructure across international entities.

At Tallgrass Freight, I led an enterprise ERP transformation from QuickBooks to Acumatica to support growth from $70M to $140M. I also directed cash and treasury strategy, standardized workflows, and strengthened financial controls.

At Water For People, I led global accounting and consolidation across nine international entities, directed audit and compliance work, led budgeting and forecasting, and served as NetSuite Administrator. Earlier at Water.org, I supported Southeast Asia finance operations, consolidated multi-country financials, managed grants, and helped reforecast a $100M+ organizational budget.

I'm focused on aligning finance systems, processes, and decision-ready insights with organizational strategy. My work includes ERP transformation, internal controls, audit readiness, KPI development, budgeting, forecasting, and building repeatable finance operations across decentralized teams.
