I’m looking for a role where I can support customers across voice, chat, and email—handling financial and technical issues with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality, while troubleshooting systems and guiding clear, step-by-step resolutions.

I’ve been working as a Customer Service Representative II, supporting both financial and technical accounts across multiple channels—call, chat, and email. I assist customers with account inquiries, billing clarifications, payment issues, and fraud-related requests, while handling every interaction with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality. I also troubleshoot system issues and provide step-by-step resolutions, using analytical skills to identify root causes and explain solutions clearly.

As a CSR II in a web hosting account, I provide advanced customer support by handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting hosting issues, and guiding clients through domain and website management. In just two months, I was upskilled and endorsed from CSR I to CSR II for my problem-solving ability, quick learning, and consistent performance, including diagnosing hosting errors and navigating cPanel and other hosting tools. Outside of support work, I’ve coordinated pageant productions as a Stage Director/Pageant Choreographer, managing stage flow and collaborating with hosts and production staff to deliver polished events.
