As a Cloud Consultant, I set up AWS Landing Zones, secured accounts, and automated infrastructure deployment using CloudFormation Templates. My role involves leveraging AWS services to enhance operational efficiency and ensure secure cloud environments.

In my role as IT Officer, I oversaw the transition to a cloud-based ERP system, significantly improving patient wait times and management reporting. Responsibilities included project management, user training, and liaising with vendors.

As a Sales & Support Executive, I achieved a 100% client retention rate and exceeded revenue targets through effective account management. I identified market opportunities and negotiated partnerships to expand market share.
