Delivered features for high-availability platforms serving millions of users with zero-downtime deployments across multiple brands. Led architecture decisions, performed security audits, and instituted TDD practices through code reviews and mentorship.

Built a document management system that reduced retrieval of 10,000+ records from days to seconds. Automated petty cash approval workflows from one day to under 5 minutes and extended Akaunting with a custom payroll module, reducing processing to under 10 minutes.

Managed infrastructure backups across Uganda, Zambia, Swaziland, Rwanda, and South Sudan. Built Oracle RMAN-to-CSV automation scripts supporting a custom dynamic reporting dashboard.

Integrated Nagios XI with Remedy Ticketing to enable automated incident logging across 5 countries, and built a real-time incident grouping system from the Nagios API. Installed and managed Dynatrace end-to-end monitoring across MTN's infrastructure stack.

Developed client websites and built a custom accounting and fleet management system. Led web development training for interns in WordPress and Ruby on Rails.

Built a restaurant ordering system with a Java backend and Android client as part of a team of 4. Used Agile practices and CI/CD tooling including Git, Travis CI, and Heroku for delivery and monitoring.
