I'm looking to build automation, AI, and data-driven solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

At Goodyear Business Services, I designed SAP pricing automation using Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, and SAP, improving process efficiency by 40–60% across China, North America, and Singapore workflows.

I've also built an AI-powered customer support workflow with n8n and Google Gemini, routing sensitive tickets for human approval and generating response drafts for lower-risk requests. At Cloudwalk Digital, I developed an LMS, produced flowcharts and ERDs, and managed QA testing across company projects.
