I’m an RPA developer experienced in automation, software development, and UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms. I develop, maintain, and optimize scalable automation solutions, and I’m comfortable troubleshooting issues while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

At Blackbook.ai (June 2025–Present), I built web scraping automation to extract data from target websites and populate structured Excel reports, reducing manual collection effort. I also developed an e-commerce price monitoring bot that scrapes pricing across listings, writes results to structured tables, and enables quick comparison and analysis.

In my RPA Developer / Support role, I maintained and monitored production bots, proactively resolving bugs to minimize downtime and protect business continuity. I manage the end-to-end support lifecycle—from triaging issues to deploying fixes—while keeping support documentation (PDDs/SDDs) updated and serving as the stakeholder contact for clear updates.

Earlier, as a Software Developer Intern at The Sentinel Automation and Security Solutions (Jan 2025–Apr 2025), I created internal applications, wrote technical documentation, and designed UI components. I also supported system integration and troubleshooting for monitoring equipment during site visits, and I learned key workflows through close collaboration with engineers.
