With over four years of solid experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Lifecycle Management, I have honed my skills in developing and maintaining software robots using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. My journey in the tech industry has been marked by a commitment to delivering efficient automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

Currently, I work as an Engineer in Software Development at Ingram Micro, where I design and develop workflows that automate various business processes. I am also involved in creating process documentation and training materials to support RPA solutions. My previous role as a NOC Engineer and RPA Developer at Diversified Robotic Inc. allowed me to further develop my skills in automation workflows and customer technical support, ensuring optimal performance of robotic solutions.
