I’m a Property Specialist with hands-on experience representing my company to clients, generating leads, and supporting brand/product promotions. Since 2025, I’ve been working as a Property Specialist II with a focus on client-ready communication and consistent pipeline building.

Across Ayala Land Premier roles, I handled digital marketing and brand/product promotions while working through conventions and webinars to reach prospects. I bring an organized approach to communication and a results mindset built for lead generation.

Before that, I worked as a Store Manager, where I contributed to hiring and interviews, supported employee evaluation, and maintained payroll responsibilities. I’m comfortable handling confidential documents and I prioritize strong teamwork and detail-oriented execution.

My background in Psychology strengthens how I communicate and understand people—skills I apply every day in client interaction and team leadership. I’m driven to keep improving through trainings, workshops, and practical performance feedback.
