I am an IT leader with a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and ongoing Masters in Cybersecurity, combining hands-on systems administration, network engineering, and software development experience. I have led IT operations, implemented cybersecurity controls and data protection programs, administered cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and developed bespoke software and ERP solutions for universities and private-sector clients.
As Head of IT & Data Protection Officer I manage network architecture, server administration, backups, CCTV and GPS systems, and compliance with data protection legislation; previously I designed and deployed student information systems, led Sage Evolution audit and integration efforts, co-founded a software/DevOps startup, and delivered ERP and web applications that improved operational efficiency.
