What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, accuracy-driven role where I can use data validation and quality assurance skills, support virtual teams, and handle content or records with cultural sensitivity and confidentiality.

I’m a native Luo language speaker with strong linguistic expertise, bringing cultural sensitivity and precision to content evaluation, linguistic annotation, and quality assurance. I’m known for accuracy, attention to detail, and identifying error patterns in data and content.

In my role as a Virtual/Data Support Associate at CaptionCall, I handled remote administrative support such as data entry, CRM updates, and task coordination. I maintained confidentiality, communicated efficiently with supervisors about discrepancies, and consistently met deadlines in a fast-paced virtual environment.

I’ve also supported remote teams through freelance data entry and spreadsheet management (Clickworker & Crowdgen), performing data cleaning, standardization, and validation for reliable reporting. As a Data Officer (Intern) at PHDA Africa, I compiled and cleaned research data, helped prepare visual reports, and validated data sources to ensure accuracy.
