What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my software testing, Windows troubleshooting, and data analysis skills to a team delivering exceptional software solutions.

I'm currently testing software at TECHNO BRAIN BPO-ITES LTD, where I execute test plans, report defects, and validate functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. I collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and improve product quality through effective testing strategies.

Previously, I supported customers at CCI Kenya and analyzed data for the County Government of Nakuru using reporting, dashboards, and statistical analysis. I also use Windows CMD and basic PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot issues, automate repetitive tasks, and improve system functionality.
