What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise customer delivery and high-performing teams, improve onboarding and account operations, and build AI-enabled workflows that create measurable customer value.

At Avasant Mexico, I lead customer delivery for global enterprise accounts on Avasense, a ServiceNow-based B2B SaaS platform. I own relationships from onboarding and adoption through executive governance, escalations, renewals, and expansion.

I formally manage a team of six and serve as hiring manager for the Monterrey delivery hub, supporting coaching, performance reviews, goal setting, promotions, and hiring decisions. I also work across Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Practice Leadership to resolve complex customer issues and turn account feedback into platform improvements.

I founded Avasant School, rebuilding onboarding through shadow sessions, training modules, mentorship, and cross-practice SOPs. The program reduced new-joiner ramp time from roughly three months to six to eight weeks across six hires.

I build AI workflow agents with ServiceNow, Power BI, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe. These automations have reduced manual account-operations overhead by roughly 75% through compliance checks, obligation tracking, risk tagging, and executive reporting.
