At Valeo Wiper Systems, I progressed through production, methods and quality roles, handling customer and supplier complaints and investigating non-conformities and root causes.
I coordinated corrective and preventive actions with production, methods, quality, maintenance and engineering teams. I also created and updated work instructions and used Excel, SAP and company software to track information and support analysis.
I'm now seeking to transition into SaaS technical support. Through personal IT practice, I’ve assembled PCs, installed Windows and Linux, configured home networks and helped relatives troubleshoot; this is personal experience, not professional IT support employment.
