Responsible for ensuring compliance of regulatory control and procedures. Drive branch performance through lending, coaching and managing.

Manage customer portfolio, service relationships and cross-sell all products and services. Provide broad base deposit and credit services to English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking clients.

Responsible for training and managing a team of bank tellers in a high-volume branch. Ranked 1st in sales and operations for the entire company in 2016, 2017 and top three in 2018 for all tellers’ coordinators, earning a trip to the annual Performance Excellence Award each year.

Contribute to the success of a top-performing branch, even when not open to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Consistently exceed personal sales goals by engaging with the local community and recommending products and services to meet clients’ needs.
