At Deluxe Entertainment Australia, I managed day-to-day content operations for Netflix, Disney and Amazon across APAC, coordinating delivery schedules, quality requirements and partner expectations.

I designed and implemented a Monday.com workflow that replaced fragmented Excel trackers with a shared view of tasks, ownership, priorities and deadlines. I also helped establish a Netflix APAC subtitle delivery workflow that supported delivery in under 24 hours.

At BritBox (BBC), I supported content acquisition and onboarding, including metadata checks, contracting workflows and financial processing in SAP. Earlier, I coordinated content management and localisation at The Walt Disney Company via Deluxe and was part of the team supporting the Disney+ launch in Europe.
