I'm looking for an entry-level Technical Support role where I can troubleshoot Windows, software, connectivity, and network issues, communicate clearly with users, and continue learning support and endpoint-management platforms.

I'm seeking an entry-level Technical Support role, bringing a B.Sc. in Computer Security and Digital Forensics and practical Windows, software, connectivity, home-network, and router troubleshooting skills.

I've built foundations in Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking, Linux, cybersecurity, Python, and Java, alongside academic digital-forensics investigations using Wireshark, Kali Linux, FTK Imager, and ProDiscover. My Irish Naval Service experience strengthened my reliability, communication, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
