What I'm looking for

I’m looking for quality-focused roles where I can conduct internal audits, verify document control, drive NC corrective actions, and improve hygiene and compliance. I thrive working with minimal supervision, leading teams with attention to detail and strong communication.

I’m a Quality Assurance Internal Auditor with a strong professional ethic and a track record of delivering quality assurance audits “with authority and confidence as per internal audit procedure.” In my current role at Irvine's Zimbabwe, I follow the quality assurance audit calendar, perform document review and document control, support continual follow-up on NC Corrective Action Plans, and carry out hygiene inspections across the hatchery, processing plant, and feed mill.

My background in Animal and Wildlife Sciences (Hons) and real-world operations strengthens how I lead and work with others. I previously worked as a Healthcare Coordinator, where I developed care plans, scheduled services, managed referrals, and monitored patient progress to prevent hospital readmissions; earlier, I managed 25,000 then 42,000 broiler breeders, driving egg production, low mortality, biosecurity, supervision, training, and detailed farm reporting—then supported game park management skills during my Leopard Rock Hotel and Game Reserve internship.
