What I'm looking for

I am looking for a quality assurance role in food production where I can lead audits, implement food-safety systems, improve procedures, and develop measurable quality outcomes.

I am a quality assurance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition and hands-on experience in food safety systems. I bring practical experience from quality control roles and internships in meat processing and food manufacturing.

I have implemented and worked with international standards including FSSC 22000 V6, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015, and completed internal auditor and QMS lead auditor training. I routinely conduct audits, update procedures, and monitor compliance with statutory and international regulations.

My operational strengths include recipe formulation, stock control and traceability using the Meat Matrix system, conducting biochemical and sensory tests, and ensuring proper storage and adherence to SOPs. I am computer literate and meticulous in documentation, data recording, and analysis.

I am proactive, self-motivated, and committed to improving quality systems and product consistency. I seek opportunities where I can apply my food safety expertise and audit experience to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
