I reviewed documentation for completeness and accuracy, identified discrepancies or missing information, and escalated exceptions according to established protocols.

I also maintained detailed case documentation and updated internal systems to support tracking, reporting, and audit readiness, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.

Earlier, I supported Customer Support & Operations with a data processing focus, entering and updating customer and service records across CRM and internal databases. I verified data accuracy, corrected discrepancies before submission, handled sensitive information with confidentiality, and maintained organized digital records to support internal audits and reporting.
