At Amazon, I manage programs across the core products that deliver content for the Worldwide Amazon product detail page. My work is part of a three-year roadmap to improve data quality, accuracy, relevancy, and customer discoverability.
I own end-to-end delivery across these initiatives, bringing together consolidated program plans and detailed development plans. I’m also the first point of contact for partner teams building category-specific features with our framework components.
At Microsoft, I managed Windows Azure capacity planning and provisioning and the Control Tower reporting program. The program supported data-driven decisions, and a pilot reduced provisioning lead time from more than 100 days to 7 days.
Earlier, I worked on retail technology, including POS implementations and upgrades for global retailers, and served as Scrum Master for The Home Depot website revamp. I began as a developer on retail projects, working with .NET, C++, and other Microsoft technologies.
