What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an international postdoctoral or industrial research position in molecular diagnostics, infectious disease, or pharmacological research.

At ICMR–NIRT, I contribute to tuberculosis diagnostics research using targeted next-generation sequencing with Nanopore MinION. I support sequencing, quality control, validation, and analysis for a 26-gene drug-resistance panel for Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

During my PhD at Vellore Institute of Technology, I investigated Andrographis paniculata’s protective effects against methotrexate-induced toxicity in Wistar rats. This work contributed to five first-author publications.

My research spans preclinical pharmacology and infectious disease diagnostics. I’ve worked with molecular biology workflows, BSL-3 sample processing, and preclinical assays, and have contributed to peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and a pending patent.

At Vellore Institute of Technology, I designed and delivered laboratory practicals and supervised student research projects. I’m seeking an international postdoctoral or industrial research position in molecular diagnostics, infectious disease, or pharmacological research.
