What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging research and development role where I can apply my laboratory, molecular diagnostics, data management, and project coordination skills to translational biomedical and infectious disease research.

I've supported zoonotic viral disease surveillance at ICMR-National Institute of Virology, conducting participant screening, clinical and epidemiological data collection, specimen processing, RT-PCR/PCR detection, sequencing, and virus culture.

Previously, at CSIR-North East Institute of Science & Technology and Diphu Medical College & Hospital, I worked across translational biomedical research, molecular diagnostics for SARS-CoV-2 and HBV/HCV, cell culture, microbial characterization, data management, and multidisciplinary project coordination.

My work spans fungal keratitis, probiotic characterization, medicinal plants, wastewater surveillance, nanomaterials, and enterovirus genomics, with peer-reviewed publications in microbiology and biomedical research.

Conducted multicentric surveillance and clinical research on zoonotic viral diseases, including participant screening, epidemiological and clinical data collection, sample logistics, and coordination with collaborating institutions. Performed viral nucleic acid extraction, RT-PCR/PCR-based detection, sequencing, and virus isolation in cell culture.
