I lead business development and training at Career Aid LLC in Ulaanbaatar, managing services, creating client solutions, and developing new products. I built an AI-assisted ERP platform with Lovable, including an OKR tool for monitoring strategic objectives.

Previously, at ANDHERI HILFE e.V., I managed eight India-based NGO projects across natural resource management, watershed development, ecological agriculture, and education. I developed BMZ applications that secured more than EUR 6 million in grant funding and built partnerships across government, development organizations, foundations, companies, and donors.

At GIZ's Vocational Education Training Partnership, I helped establish VETP as a backbone organization for collective impact in Mongolia's TVET sector. I developed its knowledge-hub website, supported sector strategy and donor coordination, and helped acquire projects supporting disadvantaged youth, gender mainstreaming, accessibility, and career guidance.

I'm a PMP-certified project manager and certified trainer who combines international development experience with business methods, digital marketing, AI-assisted development, and practical organizational improvement.
