What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive full-cycle recruiting and HR operations—owning candidate pipelines, employee relations, and compliance—while partnering with hiring managers to improve efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience in fast-paced, workforce-driven projects.

I’m a Human Resources and Operations professional based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, supporting teams through full-cycle recruitment, employee administration, and labor relations across construction, corporate, and international environments. In past leadership roles, I oversaw end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, employee orientation, and HR administration across all departments, while supervising day-to-day operations of five departments and contributing to a 20% increase in sales performance.

Most recently, I’ve managed high-volume employee relations, recruitment, employment documentation, and onboarding for a workforce of over 1,000 national employees, ensuring compliance and accurate personnel record archiving. As a Recruiting Partner, I conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment—partnering with hiring managers and using ERP / SAP Systems to improve recruitment efficiency and deliver a positive candidate experience.
