What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale high-quality technical learning programs, combining curriculum, operations, partnerships, and learner outcomes in a growing education or training environment.

I've designed, launched, and managed four professional upskilling programs at Novatr, driving 300+ verified learner career transitions and supporting 1,000+ learners through capstone projects.

I owned LMS operations end-to-end, from content pipelines and cohort dashboards to learner-progress workflows and academic QA. I also recruited and performance-managed a 100+ industry-mentor network while coordinating subject-matter experts on curriculum accuracy.

Through milestone-based development planning, I delivered a specialisation micro-program at roughly ₹1.5L—about 70% below a comparable ₹5L in-house benchmark.

I'm now building training operations at Vastulaya, including accreditation, instructor onboarding, brand partnerships, and market positioning for new technical training offerings. My architecture and BIM background helps me build practical, industry-aligned learning experiences.
