For a customer-support chatbot, I built text and voice assistance with enterprise knowledge retrieval, AI-driven troubleshooting, workflow automation, and human escalation. I led technical design, code reviews, estimation, and Agile delivery while applying n8n, Docker, CI/CD, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
I've also developed an AI Video Summarizer Agent that retrieves YouTube transcripts and produces structured overviews, topics, takeaways, and actionable insights.
Earlier, I led architectural enhancements for HSBC's LoanIQ platform, improving system efficiency by 19%, and built Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST API, and batch-processing solutions for Travelers Insurance and Nielsen.
