At Metapolitan, I manage custody, exchange and broker workstreams for a regulated securities platform, writing first-release backlogs and unambiguous user stories from scratch. I test admin-panel builds, run UAT, manage release risk and built a no-code Slack-to-Jira pipeline for stakeholder bug reports.

Previously at Magrid Education, I designed a content pipeline that added around 700 competency-based tracks to an EdTech platform for children. I also launched a self-serve teacher subscription, led iPad, mobile and admin-panel redesigns, and supported content changes validated to improve student performance by 70% after 10 weeks.

At Nizek, I delivered web and native mobile products for external clients across the GCC, including taking Natureland from MVP to 30,000 users in six months. I also contributed to Dabdoob improvements that supported growth from 45K to 60K monthly orders, and helped move Temoor from Magento/PWA to native iOS and Android apps.

I'm the bridge between clients and engineers: I turn discovery into estimates, user stories and practical delivery plans. I bring clarity during changing scope, incidents and releases, while staying technical enough to be a useful peer without overstepping engineering decisions.
