I’m a driven Supervisor with over 8 years of experience managing large teams through Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network. I lead day-to-day execution with a focus on workflow optimization, schedule adherence, and measurable operational efficiency.

I’ve managed 30–40 delivery associates, assigning efficient workflows and ensuring productivity while meeting company metrics. I oversee end-to-end payroll processing, attendance tracking, and performance reviews to keep the team aligned and supported.

I identify training needs, onboard new hires, and deliver coaching in both English and Hindi to drive continuous improvement. I also analyze losses and process gaps, monitor performance daily, and maintain strong vendor and management relationships while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
