At Sigmoid, I’ve architected 6 production GenAI chatbots end-to-end—using LLM inferencing, RAG, tool calling, and prompt engineering—turning complex requirements like RBAC, voice-note transcription, and AI call summaries into reliable user experiences.

I delivered Atlas Companion for Reckitt in 72 hours with token-streaming via WebSockets, multimodal outputs, RAG retrieval, and reusable architecture that I’ve adapted across 5+ client chatbot programmes.

I also build AI/ML and data layers that let teams move faster: I integrated GenAI model pipelines on Databricks for an autonomous Trade Promo Optimiser and created a Data Product Marketplace with RBAC wizards, Snowflake–Databricks lineage graphs, and LLM-powered data-quality summaries.
