I'm an Information Technology Engineer at Syros General Hospital Vardakeio & Proio, where I've worked full-time since 2020.
I also run Computer Repair Center Syros, providing computer and mobile device services. My background combines hands-on IT operations with customer-facing technology support.
At OTEGLOBE, I managed Sun Solaris and Linux servers and built in-house PHP/MySQL tools. I worked with Veritas, Cisco Flows, and Cisco RADIUS/TACACS+ servers.
Earlier, I supported mobile, data, and landline customers at Germanos Technology Stores and Vodafone Greece, handling sales, after-sales support, contract extensions, and difficult customer situations. I've also designed a weekly newspaper from scratch, including photo editing and distribution.
