What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or business operations role where I can improve workflows, ensure data quality, build reporting, collaborate across teams, and contribute to productivity and process improvement.

At Amazon Development Center, I managed high-volume AI/ML data operations from 2020 to 2026, consistently meeting productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

I execute standard operating procedures accurately, review datasets for inconsistencies, and support quality improvements. I also maintain operational documentation and collaborate with quality and cross-functional teams to resolve issues within agreed timelines.

Previously at Wipro, I performed quality control on mapping datasets, validated data accuracy before delivery, and prepared Excel-based reports.
