I'm on Gartner's Central Platform Engineering team, where I help operate more than 100 Amazon EKS clusters across eight business units. I set standards for cluster governance, upgrade cadence, security baselines, and audit compliance.

I led a zero-downtime Istio migration for a primary revenue-facing web application, moving from an unsupported release through revision-based canary upgrades and rollback controls. I also designed the Gateway API architecture on EKS and established progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts, replacing all-at-once deployments with weighted traffic shifts and automated rollback.

Previously at Delhivery, I delivered more than $2,000 in daily cloud-cost savings, relocated TiDB clusters to AWS to save $10,000 per month, and reduced system downtime by 20% through centralized observability and proactive alerting. At Paytm, I migrated critical payment gateway microservices from EC2 to EKS and automated AWS deployments with Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.

I also build secure self-service platforms, including Backstage onboarding templates and a self-hosted Kubernetes LLM platform deployed through Helm and Argo CD GitOps with Vault-backed secrets, restricted pod security, and network isolation.
