I build infrastructure and developer platforms that turn complex operations into self-service workflows. At Plivo, I automated AWS provisioning with Infrastructure as Code using Crossplane CRDs and Compositions, enabling 10+ internal services to provision in under 30 minutes.

I contribute directly to open source and internal platform reliability. I enhanced the Crossplane AWS provider with controller-level improvements adopted in pre-production environments, and I owned an OpenSearch logging platform supporting 100+ Kubernetes services and 300+ ECS services—handling operator upgrades, cluster operations, and Lambda-based ingestion for millions of log events per day.

To keep deployments safe and repeatable, I maintain in-house Kubernetes operators and the internal PaaS platform with stability, backward compatibility, and low-risk rollouts. I also developed custom Backstage plugins so developers can provision infrastructure, ECS services, and CI/CD pipelines through a unified interface, and I previously built CI/CD and observability foundations using Git, Jenkins, Docker, EKS, and modern monitoring tools.
