Seeking a challenging role that utilizes my sales and customer service skills

I am a self-motivated individual with 6 years of sales and customer service experience as well as 1 year experience in Admin/Executive assistant. My experience has equipped me with excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to define complex solutions.

As a Universal Advisor at First National Bank, I have achieved targets by identifying opportunities to migrate clients onto electronic platforms to optimize revenue. I have also contributed to efficient operational cost management by suggesting ideas to enhance cost effectiveness. In my previous role as an Executive Assistant at Correctional Centre, I was responsible for managing and organizing calendars, travel arrangements, and general administration duties.

I hold a National Diploma in Information Technology from Mangosuthu University of Technology, which has given me a solid foundation in quickly learning new technologies and familiarizing myself with call center and knowledgebase systems. I am excited to leverage my skills and experience to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
