I have also contributed to efficient operational cost management by suggesting ideas to enhance cost effectiveness. In my previous role as an Executive Assistant at Correctional Centre, I was responsible for managing and organizing calendars, travel arrangements, and general administration duties.

I hold a National Diploma in Information Technology from Mangosuthu University of Technology, which has given me a solid foundation in quickly learning new technologies and familiarizing myself with call center and knowledgebase systems.
