I'm looking to lead strategic, digital transformation, and change initiatives where I can align stakeholders, improve delivery systems, and translate complex strategy into measurable business outcomes.

I've led digital transformation and strategic execution at XPD Global, the Legislative Branch of the State of Guanajuato, and the Ministry of Education of the State of Guanajuato. My work combines project management, process improvement, data analysis, and change management to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

At XPD Global, I led the expansion of an HR digital platform for 1,200+ users, increasing HR operational efficiency by 30%. I also strengthened delivery capacity, introduced employee-centered product practices, improved Agile delivery efficiency by 25%, and implemented the full OKR cycle with strategic leaders.

In Guanajuato's Legislative Branch, I led the design and first year of operation of the Municipal Revenue System, reaching more than 90% adoption in its first year.
