At Crowdar, I create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests using STLC. I test frontend, backend, and mobile experiences, and validate REST APIs with Postman and Swagger.
I monitor automated regressions in Jenkins, analyze logs, and document functional behavior. I also manage defect tracking and traceability in Jira and QMetry within Agile/Scrum teams.
At Foo Talent Group, I supported QA team onboarding and leveling, helped unify QA criteria, and mentored and evaluated work. I also contributed to reviewing flows and prototypes with Figma and Canva, and tested web experiences and device emulators.
Earlier, at Nestlé, I supported users by reproducing and documenting platform issues, restoring accounts, and tracking incidents in Jira. At Instrumenta, I provided functional support, reported incidents, specified IT requirements, and performed acceptance testing; I’m currently expanding my skills in test automation.
