I’m a Manual QA Analyst with over 5 years of experience in software testing across web and mobile applications. I focus on functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing, and I work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum to support high-quality delivery.
In recent roles, I’ve designed and maintained test cases and test plans, tracked defects using Jira and ALM tools, and strengthened quality through end-to-end integration testing—especially with Salesforce (CRM), including functional/regression testing of business flows and validation of roles, profiles, and permission sets.
