What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support e-commerce customers, manage administrative workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and improve support processes through clear communication and SOP documentation.

I've supported Hiperdiva Shop's e-commerce customers remotely since 2022, resolving order tracking, refund, address-change, and shipping issues through Shopify Admin.

I use AI tools to create clear, personalized email responses and improve ticket resolution speed. I also identify recurring customer concerns and help update internal SOPs to reduce repeat inquiries.

I'm proficient in English and a native Spanish speaker, with training in customer service, complaint handling, and problem solving. My remote setup includes high-speed internet and dual monitors.

I work across Shopify Admin, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Microsoft Office to keep customer support organized and solutions-focused.
