Pamela Kiden

I've coordinated four international donor-funded socio-economic development projects over the course of my career. In these, my coordination work included stakeholder engagements ie government institutions, UN agencies, donors, NGOs, and community stakeholders among other, through facilitating steering committees, high-level events, drafting donor reports and grant proposals. I also supported over 410 beneficiaries to register businesses, and access interest-free bank loans in South Sudan on the SEED4Y Project.

My social work experience includes maintaining confidential records, coordinating foster care and reintegration referrals, and supporting teen mothers with regular wellbeing follow-up. I helped place over 15 children into safe foster care and supported the reintegration of over 30 teen mothers into their communities.

In the UK, I’ve supported branch operations, volunteer coordination, training, safeguarding escalation, and mental-health awareness events, at the Royal Voluntary Service, and Samaritans. I'm also a trainee on an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy at Keele University.
