As a seasoned Family Constellation Facilitator with over 2 years of experience, I have helped numerous individuals and groups find practical solutions to conflicts. My innovative approach involves developing unique solutions tailored to each individual's needs. With a strong background in teaching BJJ and Self-Defense Seminars, I possess excellent interpersonal skills and am a compassionate leader.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as relationship problems, substance abuse, trauma, and career challenges. My expertise in meditation, visualization, and relaxation techniques has enabled me to create a safe and inviting environment for clients to process their trauma.

In addition to my facilitation work, I have extensive experience as a Martial Arts Instructor, having taught students of all levels and ages. My ability to adapt teaching materials and methods has allowed me to meet the needs of different students, ensuring their success and growth.
