I’m looking for remote-friendly insurance leadership where I can run end-to-end motor claims and policy servicing, strengthen compliance, and build high-performing teams across insurers, brokers, and clients.

I’m a Motor vehicle insurance professional with experience across insurance operations, claims management, policy administration, sales, and after-sales service within the Australian broker market.

Currently, I’m leading Indian operations for National Cover Pty Ltd, managing a 15-member team across the full insurance lifecycle—sales, servicing, and claims support. I focus on smooth policy servicing (renewals, endorsements), responsive client support, and operational compliance.

Previously, I worked as a General Manager – Indian Operations and as a Claims Specialist, handling end-to-end motor claims, coordinating with insurers, repairers, and clients, and resolving claims issues and disputes. I manage claims and CRM workflows by updating records in Winbeat/CRM systems and ensuring the right coverage is applied.

I also bring a strong dispute and compliance foundation from my legal background, including legal research, drafting agreements and documentation, and claims negotiation. That combination helps me handle coverage questions, coordinate premium funding, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout complex claim matters.
