Managed Oracle quarterly patch impact assessments (24D–26A) for UKHSA, coordinating technical changes and stakeholder meetings. Designed and delivered an OIC integration to automatically update HCM document records, and built/maintained HDL ETL pipelines using SQL procedures and BICC changes while supporting ADW/ATP wallet updates to minimize downtime risk.

Delivered Case Management OTBI reporting for Phoenix, including case volumes, ageing, monthly absence, SLA breach, and quarterly executive dashboards. Enhanced BI Publisher reports and OIC integrations (lookup changes), and supported HDL bulk loads such as location changes for ~5,000 employees for METIS.

Led People Tools upgrade from 8.5/7 to 8.60 for WSH, including identification of custom objects, regression and UAT testing, and preparation of a cutover go-live plan. Implemented Employee & Manager Self-Service absence management with functional setup and custom technical enhancements, and provided ongoing change management and support through estimation, development, and testing.

Led UK and international HR and absence data migration using ExcelToCI and SQL scripts, and built absence fluid self-service pages with balance statistics (entitlement, carry-over, service award, buy/sell). Configured the Absence Approval Framework to trigger targeted email notifications and delivered fluid pages for beneficiary management and diversity declaration, including a global payroll/RTI/

Managed stakeholders across the UK, China, and Malaysia campuses to gather requirements for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Project Transform. Developed complex PS Queries and BI Publisher offer-letter/document-request reports, built dashboard pages and work centres, and supported UAT across three campus locations.

Supported and maintained BAAN IV / SSA ERP LN 6.0 environments for multiple clients, including custom interface troubleshooting and web services monitoring. Performed Baan administration, Enterprise Modeler configuration, and patch migration activities to ensure stable ERP operations.
