At Declutter Health, I founded and lead a mental-health technology venture, bringing clinical, technology, operations and commercial workstreams together around a shared roadmap. I developed a Group Engagement framework combining social and mental health, and designed systems that deliver 99.9% uptime and a 70% reduction in resolution turnaround.

At Thence, I acted as the CEO’s operating proxy across product delivery, operations and people, and led digital transformation that cut resolution turnaround by 80%. Earlier, I built AravEra from zero to 50+ people and INR 10 Cr+ revenue, and have also worked across healthcare, fintech, technology and services on strategy, transformation and business operations.
