What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build learning communities, member ecosystems, and leadership pathways where global strategy becomes meaningful local action. I value cross-cultural collaboration, sustainable volunteer-led networks, and roles where I can combine program design, engagement, and AI-enabled communications.

At the International Coaching Federation, I support volunteer boards and practitioner communities across 10+ Asia Pacific chapters, translating global strategy into locally relevant governance, leadership development, and member engagement. I've built regional learning forums, a Chapter Leader Call, a Speaker Bureau, and strategic communications that help distributed volunteer-led networks thrive.

I've also guided 60+ students and 120+ families through university admissions, helped expand STEM education into six Asia Pacific countries, and founded Chonburi's first Finnish-licensed early learning program. I use generative AI for communications, research synthesis, and program design while keeping the human learning experience at the center.
