What I'm looking for

I'm open to full-time or contract remote work, with full overlap with European business hours and partial overlap with US East Coast hours.

At ALBA SHPK, I own IT across the office and production facility, from networks and servers to VoIP and user support. I built automated monitoring and real-time alerting pipelines with Node-RED and Telegram.

At BitByBit sh.p.k and Intercom Ventures LLC, I operated and supported NOC environments, deployed VoIP platforms, and investigated recurring incidents. I led a NOC shift team at Intercom Ventures LLC and improved alert quality by refining thresholds and rules.

I built and shipped LunarSense, a camera-free WiFi CSI sensing product, and LunarClick, an HR platform. My project work also includes dual-WAN and 4G failover deployments, VPNs, and network monitoring using MikroTik Netwatch and a Python syslog parser.
